Privacy Policy

ShareZPresso (the "Service") lets you upload files and share them via short links, and lets you save text snippets that you can tap-to-copy on the go. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and why.

What we collect

Account info — email and name when you sign up. Email is used to identify you and to send password-reset links.
Files you upload — stored on our content delivery partner (GoHighLevel Media) so they can be served at the share link. We never share the contents of your files with anyone except people who have your share link.
Saved text snippets — stored in our database under your account. We never read or share them.
Device identifier for push notifications — when you opt in to push, the iOS app sends us a per-device identifier (Apple's APNs token) so our servers can notify you when your share link is first opened. Push tokens are deleted on logout.
Standard server logs — IP address, request path, and timestamp for the most recent ~24 hours, used to detect abuse and debug crashes.

What we do NOT collect

No analytics SDKs (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
No advertising identifiers (IDFA, IDFV).
No location data.
No contacts, calendar, or other personal data from your device.
No microphone, camera, or photo data unless you explicitly share a file via the app's upload buttons.

Who can see your files

Anyone with the share link can open the file. Share links are randomly generated (8 characters) and not guessable. You can disable downloads on a per-file basis, and you can delete any file at any time from the app — deletion removes it from our database and from our content delivery partner.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app: Account tab → Log out (and then ask the administrator to delete the account), or write to the support email below. Deletion is irreversible and removes all your files, share links, saved snippets, and device push tokens.

Children

ShareZPresso is not directed at children under 13.
